This one-hour-long yoga class is a safe and gently way to open the body and release tension. While moving through each posture with a balance of strength and relaxation, we bring awareness to our bodies and take our minds to a place of stillness and peace. Whether you have specific physical or emotional challenges or simply want the opportunity to slow down and relax, you will benefit greatly from this class. Our certified yoga instructor is Candice Cuchetti, who also holds yoga classes in other venues of New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater.

Candice writes:

“My yoga journey began in 2010 and has changed my life in so many ways. In July of 2013, I received my first teacher training certificate from Yoga Bala in Port Orange. I was also given the amazing opportunity to study under the world renowned yoga teacher and guru, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, in New York City in May of 2015, where I received my certificate in Khalsa Way prenatal yoga. I am always learning more about yoga and meditation and plan to continue receiving a variety of teaching certifi-cates along the way! The practice of yoga and meditation has deepened my connection to my Creator and has given me a stronger sense of self, enabling me to go confidently in the direction of my dreams and share my passion with others. No matter where you are on your own journey, your breath will always bring you back home – to your quiet place, your true self, your home. I am so happy our paths have crossed and I look forward to practicing with you. Namaste!”

Cost of each session is $5.
