Interested in a 5-day mission trip to Koinonia Farm near Americus, GA? Please come hear details of this proposed trip scheduled for November 11 – 15, 2015. This is a working farm with crops and animals. November is “pecan season,” and there is a variety of work to be done.
A focus of the trip will be to work with a Koinonia staff person in their mission of providing a basic bag of clothing for those who are about to be deported after being processed at the nearby Stewart Detention Center. We believe in the dignity of each person and in showing God’s love for all through acts of service and kindness.
