Caring for the Caregiver Support Group – 2nd and 4th Thursdays monthly, 11 a.m.-12 p.m., Room 116. Fulfilling the role of caregiver can be both challenging and stressful. Caregivers must take care of themselves to remain healthy both mentally and physically.
