Save the Date for a training event at Broadway UMC (Orlando). Groups from all over the FL Conference will be there to learn more about becoming Reconciling Congregations/groups. More details and registration information will be released soon. The program is from 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. and will include conversations about intersectionality, sexual orientation and gender identity; the Reconciling process; Graceful Engagement & Conflict – the process of how we have holy conversa ons about LGBTQ justice in our church, how we work with those with whom we disagree; practicing graceful engagement; and the next steps – both individually and as a group we can take.
