Often we see the church through the eyes of the people inside the church. 2000 years after Jesus, we are often more likely to desire to be the church of the 1950s than the Body of Christ called by Jesus. Today we reflect on the very start of Jesus’ ministry in order to get the marching orders from the most credible source possible. How does the 21st century church reflect the call of Jesus to be fishers of people? How do we? How is the 21st century church doing with how it is placing its nets?
